Early on in her career, Katayoon realized that the way people live and the way the home needs to show for sale are completely different. To make this process as smooth as possible, she helped her home sellers de-clutter and brought professional cleaners to make the home shine. Soon after she realized most homes can use a touch of original art, matching throw pillows, some neutral bedding colors and fresh towels, so she started incorporating her own paintings in setting up the homes for sale and often would bring matching throws and pillows to complete “the look”. Later, she realized vacant homes show so much better if they are furnished so started adding furniture to the mix, this steamrolled her into registering a staging company and that is how For The Art Of Real Estate Staging company was born in 2016.
Today, Katayoon stages every single one of her listings complimentary. She incorporates her own art when appropriate to enhance the feel of the home. New Linen and beddings are often added, all kinds of fun props and outdoor indoor furniture are brought in to ensure the home shows at it’s best.
